This pillow is made from an antique crazy quilt, circa 1890s-1920s. Crazy quilts, made from irregular scraps of fabric, were particularly popular towards the end of the 19th century. This quilt features feather-stitched embroidery along the seams. Hand-mending throughout. The pillow features a Bode embroidery in the corner.
